In order to give you a quick overview of how these machines work, we'll discuss what happens when an uncapped container is placed under the manual plastic bottle capping machine. Once placed at the right position, it will finish sealing on the other side - coming out fully capped and sealed.

To seal off an opened bottle, the operator places a cap lightly over it and then positions it on top of the Anti-Rotation Mat. Bottles can also be capped without using the Anti-Rotation mat for sealing but this will void any warranty and guarantees due to possible breakage if dropped (scroll down for more info about this), hence doing so is not recommended.

The Smart Packaging Systems manual capping machine is easy to operate. After lowering the Capper with the attached chuck down onto the desired cap, a simple push start of the operation gets everything up and sealed.

The Bottle Capper tightens the top of a bottle in less than a second and automatically shuts off when completed. This action signals to the operator that the cap is securely attached and they can allow the machine to rise back up for another bottle or finish with this one.
